A) Issuance of a Laissez-Passer for a newborn.
The Embassy shall grant a newborn a Laissez-Passer valid for one year and for multiple entries.
The required documents:
Complete the birth registration procedure in the Embassy.
Fill out a Laissez-Passer Application Form in front of the Embassy staff.
Father's passport with a copy.
Mother's passport with a copy.
The presence of both parents at the Embassy to sign a letter of consent in order to deliver a Laissez-Passer is mandatory.
Three recent color photos with a white background (Size length 4.3cm x width 3.5cm) showing full details of the face. The reproduction of an old photo is not accepted.
A Self-addressed Stamped envelope.
B) Issuance of a Laissez-Passer instead of a lost passport.
The Embassy grant to the owner of a lost/stolen passport a Laissez-Passer valid for one month and only for a return to Lebanon.
The required documents:
Fill out a Laissez-Passer Application Form in front of the Embassy staff.
A Swiss Police Report acknowledging the loss or theft of a Lebanese passport.
An Individual Extract of Civil Status or the Lebanese ID card.
The return travel ticket to Lebanon.
The residence permit. If available, a Swiss official document (identity card or passport).
A copy of all documents above mentioned.
A copy of the lost/stolen passport, if available.

C) Issuance of a Laissez-Passer instead of a damaged passport.
The Embassy grant to the owner of a damaged passport (torn, wet, illegible, etc.) a Laissez-Passer valid for one month and only for a return to Lebanon.
The required documents:
Fill out a Laissez-Passer Application Form in front of the Embassy staff.
Bring the damaged passport with a copy.
An Individual Extract of Civil Status or the Lebanese ID card.
The return travel ticket to Lebanon.
The residence permit. If available, a Swiss official document (identity card or passport).
A copy of all documents above mentioned.

Consular fees : CHF 60.00
Note : Instead of coming to the Embassy in order to receive the Laissez-Passer, it can be sent by registered mail on the person concerned charge.
